Blackboard is investigating an issue affecting access to worksheets in Snowflake. Users may be unable to view previously saved worksheets. Queries can be run in workspaces, but will see errors. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue and will provide updates as they become available.

Update: Signing in to Pass and Flex from the Clever portal is now working as expected. A fix has also been released for saved or bookmarked Pass login links. Still in progress: Some users are still experiencing issues signing in from the ClassLink portal. Our team is actively working on a fix. A fix for saved or bookmarked Flex login links is in progress. If you are affected by either item, sign in by going directly to pass.securly.com or flex.securly.com and selecting your sign-in method. If you are still unable to sign in, please contact support@securly.com. We will post another update as these items are resolved.
